1. Program operator
The Pizza Oven Brush PRO Tester Program is operated by Senwosa LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
By selecting "I accept the Tester Program Terms" and submitting your application, you agree to these Terms. The Privacy Noticeexplains how we handle personal information. Acknowledging the Privacy Notice is not consent to unrelated marketing.
2. Eligibility and selection
You must be at least 18 years old, live in an eligible US location, and have regular access to the pizza oven stated in your application.
No purchase is required. An application does not guarantee selection. Senwosa selects testers based on oven type, use history, product research needs, location, and ability to complete the test. Selection is not random.
3. What selected testers receive
Selected testers receive one pre-launch Pizza Oven Brush PRO at no cost. Senwosa pays standard shipping. The tester may keep the brush, except when Senwosa gives a safety recall, return, or disposal instruction.
The brush has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for another product or payment.
4. Test requirements
A shortlisted applicant may need to send one photo of a cool, empty oven to confirm its model and internal shape.
A selected tester agrees to make a reasonable effort to complete these tasks within 14 days:
- One fit check in a fully cool oven
- Three cleaning sessions
- Short and honest feedback after each session
- The requested technical photos
No public post, Amazon review, testimonial, or positive feedback is required. Negative feedback will not cause a penalty. Permission for public use of content is not a selection condition.
Test photos must not show people, private documents, addresses, serial numbers, license plates, or other personal information.
5. Safety
This is a pre-launch test sample. It can differ from the final product.
Read and follow the supplied product instructions, test protocol, and oven maker instructions. Complete the fit check only when the oven and stone are fully cool and the burner is off.
Inspect the brush before each use. Stop use at once if you find loose or broken bristles, a loose head or scraper, damage, poor fit, unexpected contact with the burner, or any other unsafe condition. Do not use the brush in flames or during burn-off. Keep it away from children and pets. Use it only for household pizza oven cleaning.
Report a possible safety issue to contact@senwosa.com. Seek medical help first if an injury needs urgent care.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a right, warranty, or remedy that applicable law does not permit Senwosa to exclude.
6. Feedback, photos, and ownership
You keep ownership of the feedback, photos, and videos that you submit.
You give Senwosa a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy, review, analyze, and share the submissions with its service providers and professional advisers only for:
- Product testing and safety review
- Product improvement
- Quality and compliance records
- Program administration
Senwosa may use technical ideas, observations, and de-identified test findings to develop and improve its products without further payment.
Senwosa will not publish your submissions, identify you in advertising, or use your photos, videos, or words as a testimonial without a separate written media release for the specific use.
7. Pre-launch information and public statements
Please keep Senwosa test instructions and technical documents marked "Confidential" private until Senwosa launches the product or releases them in writing.
This does not restrict your honest opinions, information already public, reports to a regulator or medical professional, or any other legally protected communication.
You do not have to post about the brush. If you voluntarily endorse it in public, your statement must be honest. You must clearly state that Senwosa gave you a pre-launch brush at no cost to test.
8. Withdrawal and program changes
You may stop participating at any time by emailing contact@senwosa.com. There is no penalty.
Senwosa may pause or end participation for safety, failure to follow the test instructions, false application information, or program cancellation. If Senwosa requests return of the sample, it will provide prepaid return instructions. Do not sell, lend, or give away a sample that is subject to a safety notice.
Senwosa may make reasonable program changes. It will give notice before a material change applies to an active tester.
