We use the information you submit to assess your application, contact you, run the stated recruitment stages, check references with your permission, understand compensation expectations, and prepare a contractor agreement if you are selected. This can include your contact details, country of residence, application answers, work evidence, optional CV or professional-profile link, interview and assessment notes, and payment or contractor information needed before a paid stage.
We process this information to take steps at your request before a possible contractor agreement and for our legitimate interest in selecting and managing contractors. A separate talent-pool choice, when offered, is optional and uses your consent. We do not use a fully automated decision to advance or reject you. Software can organise information and flag answers, but a person makes each decision.
Access is limited to people who need the information for the relevant recruitment stage and to service providers that support the process. Tally provides the application form and stores form data in Europe. Website and email providers can process limited technical or communication data. If information is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we use applicable contractual or legal safeguards.
We normally delete an unsuccessful application six months after the recruitment process ends. If you separately join the talent pool, we keep that record for up to 12 months unless you withdraw consent sooner. Records needed for a paid stage, contract, payment, dispute, or legal duty can be kept for the applicable legal period.
Depending on the law that applies, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You can withdraw talent-pool consent at any time and complain to your local data protection authority.
Share only information and work you are authorised to provide. Do not submit private Seller Central data, customer information, confidential files, or sensitive personal information that is not needed for the application.
