1. Information we collect
- Name, email address, age confirmation, country, and state or region
- Pizza oven brand, model, use frequency, cleaning method, and cleaning problems
- Application answers and program correspondence
- For shortlisted applicants, a photo of a cool, empty oven
- For selected testers, shipping address, delivery details, feedback, technical photos, videos, and safety reports
- Basic form records, such as submission time, IP address, device data, and browser data, if the form provider makes them available
Please do not include people or unnecessary personal information in test photos.
2. How we use information
- Review applications and select a balanced test group
- Confirm eligibility and oven geometry
- Contact applicants and manage the test
- Ship the test sample
- Evaluate fit, performance, safety, and product improvements
- Prevent misuse and keep test, quality, and legal records
- Respond to questions, privacy requests, and safety reports
Applying does not add you to a new marketing list. Your current newsletter settings do not change.
3. Disclosure
We may disclose information only as needed to providers that help operate the Program, such as form, email, cloud storage, file review, and shipping providers. We may also disclose it to professional advisers, insurers, or authorities when needed for safety, legal, or compliance reasons.
We do not sell Program personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not publish test materials or use them in advertising without a separate written media release.
4. Retention
- Unselected applications for 6 months after selection
- Verification photos from applicants who are not selected for 90 days after selection
- Selected tester feedback, technical files, and safety records for 5 years after the Program
- Shipping and accounting records for up to 7 years when needed by law
We may keep de-identified and aggregated technical findings without a fixed period.
5. Rights
You may withdraw your application or participation at any time. You may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of Program information. We will honor applicable state privacy rights and will not discriminate against you for using them. We may need to verify your identity. We may keep limited information for safety, legal, fraud prevention, or recordkeeping.
Send requests to contact@senwosa.com. If we deny a request, reply with the word "Appeal" and explain.
6. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect Program information. No storage or transmission method is fully secure.
7. Children
The Program is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect Program information from children.
8. Processing location and changes
Information may be processed in the US and other countries where service providers operate.
We may update this Notice. We will notify active testers before a material change affects their Program information.
