The opportunity

Build stronger Amazon listings and creative.

Atlanti Brands has spent ten years building private-label e-commerce products, mostly on Amazon. Senwosa, our newest brand, makes pizza-making accessories for customers in the US, UK, EU, and Canada.

You will turn customer, search, and performance evidence into stronger Amazon listings and creative. You will set priorities, own the direction, lead production, publish approved creative, and turn each experiment into a clear decision. PPC remains a separate owner for campaigns and media decisions.

What you own

Own the full creative decision loop.

You decide within agreed product facts, positioning, claims, and budget.

01

Set priorities from evidence

Use reviews, search and performance data, competitor research, and focused tools such as PickFu. Select the customer communication opportunities that matter most.

02

Own listing and creative direction

Decide the SEO, copy, message, and direction for main images, galleries, A+ Content, product video, and video ad creative.

03

Make practical changes yourself

Create wireframes and mock-ups. Make straightforward Canva or Photoshop edits and localizations. Generate or refine practical AI images with our internal tools.

04

Lead advanced production

Brief and manage freelancers or specialists in design, photography, retouching, 3D, and video. Help to source or replace them when needed. Check and approve routine creative within the agreed scope.

05

Publish approved creative assets

Upload approved images, A+ Content, and video in Seller Central. Check the correct marketplace, placement, order, and rendered result after publication.

06

Manage continuous experiments

Define the hypothesis, creative inputs, primary measure, and decision rule. Lead the test through the decision to adopt, iterate, or stop. Operations can support the technical experiment setup when needed.

07

Improve the system

Maintain and improve the listing, creative, publication, and experiment workflow and playbook. Use evidence from real outcomes.

How the team works

Clear owners. Direct handoffs.

Specialists handle advanced design, photography, retouching, 3D, and video production under your direction.

You set the direction, write the brief, manage feedback, check the work, approve routine creative within the agreed scope, upload approved creative assets, and verify the published result.

Operations supports non-creative catalog administration and technical experiment setup. PPC owns campaigns and media decisions. Technical support builds scripts and integrations.

The founder decides core positioning, higher-risk claims, major budgets, and other hard-to-reverse matters.

Success measures

What success looks like by Day 90

01

Lead delivery and publication of Amazon packages for two agreed new products: SEO copy, main images, galleries, A+ Content, product videos, and video ad creative.

02

Independently run the ongoing customer research, production, publication, and experiment pipeline. Each completed test ends in a decision to adopt, iterate, or stop.

The starting period

How the first 90 days work

You start with an initial 90-day dedicated contractor engagement. This is the first working period, not an unpaid recruitment trial.

We review real work at Day 14, 30, 60, and 90. Each review ends with one clear decision: continue, agree on a specific correction, or end the engagement under the agreement.

Before Day 90, both sides decide whether to continue the long-term collaboration and agree on the next terms. Continued engagement is not automatic.

What you need

Evidence, judgment, and practical ownership.

  1. 01

    Paid experience owning Amazon or comparable e-commerce listing direction, including SEO, copy, static creative, and short video. This must be more than producing assets from another person's brief.

  2. 02

    Strong analytical and critical thinking, including basic commercial maths, attribution, and awareness of the limits of available data.

  3. 03

    Sound visual judgment and the ability to explain why one direction is stronger than another.

  4. 04

    Basic hands-on ability in Canva, Photoshop, or an equivalent tool, plus practical AI image generation and editing.

  5. 05

    Ability to brief and manage freelancers and specialists, give direct feedback, and check work reliably.

  6. 06

    Functional English that lets you write a usable brief and discuss decisions live. Accent and occasional mistakes do not matter.

How to apply

Apply for the role.

Complete the application in Tally. It should take about 8–10 minutes.

  1. Share one relevant, non-confidential case. Explain the context, what you personally owned, one important decision, the evidence behind it, and what other people handled.
  2. State your expected fixed monthly retainer in USD for the described dedicated role. Do not provide your current or previous pay.
  3. A CV or professional-profile link is optional.

If your evidence matches the role, the next steps are:

  • a short, invitation-only mini-task;
  • live verification of your decisions and ownership;
  • a mutual Q&A with the founder for the top finalists;
  • a paid case and discussion for the final candidates;
  • a reference check with your permission;
  • the final decision.

We share the scope and expected time before each stage. We aim to update you within five working days.

AI is allowed. We assess your judgment, verification, and ability to reject weak or invented output.

Share only work you are authorized to show. Do not include customer data, private Seller Central information, confidential files, or work you do not have permission to share.
